We're not another booking app, we're buidling industry specific operating systems.

At our core, we exist to help skilled professionals get discovered and succeed. Our first product is a free directory designed to give individual service providers more visibility - an area they’re underserved by with platforms like Google Maps. This system will also be the foundation for a broader ecosystem of tools and services.
About Us
Paradym Labs was founded in 2025 by two brothers from opposite ends of the spectrum - one a barber, the other a quantitative developer - brought together by a simple frustration: finding a great barber shouldn’t be this hard.
For Sam, after years of moving cities for work, the process was always the same; Google, Instagram, guesswork. No clear signal of quality. No trusted system. Just trial and error. That problem became the starting point for TheBarberHub.
But as we dug deeper, it became clear this wasn’t just a discovery problem.
Barbering - like many skilled, service-based industries - is full of talent, yet underserved by technology. Existing tools are generic, complex, and built to extract value rather than create it. Meanwhile, the problems that actually matter - discovery, reputation, opportunity, and support - remain largely unsolved.
We’re here to fix that.
By combining real industry insight with modern technology and AI, we’re building simple, powerful tools that work out of the box, and put the people they serve first.
Barbers are the beginning. Our ambition is to redefine how trust, reputation, and discovery work across industries.
We’re looking for people who want to move fast, take ownership, and build something that genuinely matters.
Values
Put People First
We always make the choice that is in the best interest of our users. We, as a company, exists to improve the lives of the professionals we serve.
Openness & Communication
We believe, it's far easier to undershare than overshare. Both between the team and with our users, we share early, speak honestly, and learn fast. We're in this together.
Automate When Possible
As a small, bootstrapped startup, it's impreative that we stay nimble, make deicisions quickly and itterate following our mistakes. However, when we have nailed a procedure, it's essential that we understand which pieces can reasonably be automated and use modern workflow tools to acheive this.
