Privacy policy for the ParadymOS app

ParadymOS is an internal app for Paradym Labs staff. Only people with a Paradym Labs company account can sign in. Paradym Labs is the data controller.

What we collect

Your name and work email, so we know who you are when you sign in.

A device token, so we can send push notifications to your phone.

What you do in the app, such as tasks you approve and messages you send, so the team can see the work.

Voice clips, when you tap the microphone to talk to an agent. We turn the clip into text on our server. Dictated notes are turned into text on your phone and never leave it as audio.

Photos and files you attach to a chat, so the agent can read them.

What we do not collect

We do not show ads.

We do not track you across other apps or websites.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

How we keep it safe

Your saved sign-in stays in your phone's secure storage (the iOS Keychain), protected by Face ID.

Our servers encrypt the most sensitive records.

How long we keep it

We keep your account for as long as you work with Paradym Labs. When you leave, we close your account and delete your personal data, unless the law says we must keep it.
